عقد قداسة البابا تواضروس الثاني اليوم الخميس لقاءً مع خدام وخادمات الكنائس القبطية الأرثوذكسية في دول الإمارات وقطر والبحرين وسلطنة عُمَان، وذلك في اللقاء السنوي لقداسته معهم. حضر الاجتماع الأنبا يوليوس الأسقف العام لمصر القديمة وأسقفية الخدمات، والمشرف على كنائس الخليج، بالإضافة إلى نيافة الأنبا مرقس مطران شبرا الخيمة.
تحدث قداسة البابا عن خمسة مشاهد مكانية مهمة في حياة القديس أثناسيوس الرسولي بمناسبة مرور 17 قرنًا على انعقاد مجمع نيقيه. استخلص من هذه المشاهد دروسًا نافعة للخدام حول أهمية البيئة الأسرية والتربية السليمة لأطفالنا كمادة خام غالية يجب الاهتمام بها وتنميتها بحب واحتواء.

البيت والكنيسة
بدأ البابا حديثه بتأكيد أهمية البيت كبيئة سليمة لتنشئة الأطفال بشكل مبارك. أشار إلى دور الأسرة في تقديم الحب والدعم للأطفال لضمان نشأتهم بشكل صحيح وصالح. أكد أيضًا على ضرورة تذكر الأسر التي أنجبت قديسي الكنيسة مثلما فعل البابا ألكسندروس الذي كان حريصًا على اكتشاف المواهب الفذة مثل أثناسيوس واحتضانها حتى وصلت لأعلى المستويات.
الكنيسة
تطرق البابا لدور الكنيسة كبيئة ثالثة يجد فيها الإنسان الراحة النفسية بعد البيت والمدرسة أو العمل. شدد على أهمية اصطحاب الأطفال إلى الكنيسة للمشاركة في الصلوات والاجتماعات لتنمية انتمائهم الكنسي منذ الصغر، كما فعل القديس أثناسيوس الذي نشأ وتربى داخل أحضان الكنيسة حتى أصبح بطريركًا لها.
البرية ومجمع نيقية
ولد القديس أثناسيوس بعد القديس أنطونيوس بفترة قصيرة وكان له ارتباط كبير بالبرية حيث صقلت موهبته هناك وتأثر بالفكر الرهباني المميز للكنيسة القبطية. وفي مجمع نيقيا الذي شارك فيه كشماس ثم كاهن برزت قدراته اللافتة للنظر خاصة أثناء مواجهته لآريوس ودحض بدعته باستخدام آيات كتاب مقدس واضحة ومباشرة رغم بلاغة الأخير وقوة تأثيره بالكلام والشعر.
